As a teenage kid I would have never done that to any adult let alone a police officer. The fact that's seen as acceptable behavior is very telling and it speaks to why so many in those neighborhoods have problems with the cops.

Maybe......just maybe....the officer was hot and asked to have a bucket of water dumped on his head.....maybe....like less than 1/2 of 1% chance. It was hot as fuck back east recently.
I have a really hard time believing that, however.
