Is the Livestock Industry Destroying the Planet?

So, what can do we do? Easy: Opt out of the livestock industry. Far from depriving themselves of the greatest foods, vegetarians and vegans often discover that some of the very best edible things, prepared dishes and entire national cuisines are based on plants. And for the omnivores out there, the good news is that shifting toward a more sustainable diet is easy: It simply means the minor adjustment of tipping one’s existing diet to one side; that is, omnivores already enjoy fruits, grains and vegetables—so why not just enjoy them more frequently?

Well there goes your cheese, milk, yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese, butter, eggs etc etc etc

BTW The decline of salmon runs on the Columbia has nothing to do with agricultural use of water resources.

Might as well let all the livestock roam free and procreate unfettered. Sounds like a good idea.
I enjoy meat and I will not be shamed otherwise.

We're just gonna have to agree to disagree here. A little soy sauce on ahi is goddamned delicious.
And don't you dare try to take away my miso soup with tofu in it.

Soy is bad for you
Got to keep up guys -
I said eat. You know those blocks of rubbery shit vegetarians are always trying to form into things that look and taste like meat? Why do they crave meat so? Oh yeah we're made to eat it. No wonder they're all angry pansy queers. No T-bones or rib eye and I'd be angry too.PurpleThrobber said:Sledog said:

Didn't you say you were from Montana? Love sushi but always a little gun shy eating sushi any place more than two states away from an ocean.PurpleThrobber said:Sledog said:
