Got a call like that a couple weeks ago...I kept them on the line for about 10 minutes fucking with and trying to see how much info they had before they realized what I was doing. Not sure where they stole their info from, but they did have my wife's name as well...kinda freaky.
I love screwing with those people all the time...kept one of the fake Microsoft workers needing to check my Windows computer online for over an hour while I was shopping with my brother (i.e. not in front of a computer)...not the sharpest tool in the shed. Did the same to one that called my parents selling prescription drugs. Those dudes get pissed when they realize you've been fucking with them... -
