What if on the targets announcement thread we had a crystal ball submission form with recruit name, username, and school selection with a drop down menu for schools?

I think I'm going to just set it up to record all responses. I'll be able to record CB's and changes at any time. As to how we would score things I'll leave that up to the hive mind to figure out.

No changes. Don't CB until your confident. 0.1 of a point for everyday before the public committment for a successful CB. Minus 20 for an incorrect CB. Half credit if the player signs with the team you CB'd them to but transfer portals out before their freshman season.
