The Petersen hired podcast was 378. -
Haha only off 500 give or take..

The Super Bowl was one of the funnest games to watch just pure domination. PC knows how to coach in big games.

It was very similar to USC vs Oklahoma. Remember that game and the build up? A high powered offense from Oklahoma vs USC should be anyone's game. Then USC just plunger raped the fuck out of them.CuntWaffle said:The Super Bowl was one of the funnest games to watch just pure domination. PC knows how to coach in big games.
Pete always busted out the plunger in big games except for the Texas one. It has been nice being on the good side of the plunger rapings in big games(SNF vs SF, MF vs Saints, SB vs Denver) as opposed to the last decade for UW where we are always on the wrong side of that. -
IIRC USC kept shooting themselves in the foot against Texas. Very uncharacteristic with PC teams and you could tell how frustrated he was on the sidelines. It is going to happen, Pete is on the good side of the coin more often than not though.He_Needs_More_Time said:

PCs turn around should be a clear example to the doogs of what happens when a REAL coach takes over a team. When Pete got here the team looked like it was headed for nowhere (5-11/6--10/7-9 etc). Compltely gutted the team and beat the defending SB champs first game in the playoffs (yes in a very fluky way with how they went 7-9 and won the division).
The year after he went 7-9 again but lost a lot of really close ones that could have gone either way and he also plungered the Super Bowl champs in New York. The second half of that season you could tell that the defense was turning into something really good.
2012 season started a little slow but the defense looked elite and then once Russell Wilson got in his groove the team was one of the best teams in the NFL. Meltdown in the Divisional game stopped them from reaching the conference championship.
2013 comes out and absolutely fucks the league up on the way to a Super Bowl title.
Doogs will never learn what progress looks like though. -
That worked fine. Thanks for that and for the podcast guys.HeretoBeatmyChest said:

Skip Bay less said Seattle's defense could be better next year because they might get Browner back. That guy still doesn't have a fucking clue.
