I am willing to accept the argument made by @dnc that many people associate the words ‘concentration camp’ so heavily with the nazis that they can’t separate them. That the definition of concentration camps, to them, is only the nazi version. If her usage of it makes them uncomfortable, offends them or they just disagree with it, I can accept that. However, she did use the textbook definition correctly and calling it “ridiculous” leads me to believe that you are one of two things. One, too stupid to handle complex issues. Or two, you’re just outraged to be outraged. “AOC said something! It must be bad! Go back to bartending!”
