    Ultimately, the researchers report that both liberals and conservatives are almost equally simple-minded when it comes to topics about which they feel strongly.

    Once again, if your yardstick for measuring simple mindedness is knowledge of the issues, Conservatives routinely out perform liberals. Rats have a hammer lock on the dumbass vote and statistically speaking the most uninformed voters are the Rat Party's most loyal voting block.
