Were you told that banks don't foreclose on people behind on reverse mortgages?
Because that's what you linked -
I was told that Hondo is a fucking moron. I wasn't being lied to.RaceBannon said:Were you told that banks don't foreclose on people behind on reverse mortgages?

Btw, how much does El Monte pay you for these ass tonguing Hondo? I'll bet you do if for free. -
Ten years ago, he forgot to renew his homeowners insurance, which cost about $2,000 a year. Including fees and penalties, his loan servicer says he now owes more than $20,000
Guy hasn't paid his homeowner insurance for over 10 years which is part of the agreement you make with any kind of mortgage and yet Hondo the dumbfuck thinks he is "current" on his mortgage.
A $166.00 a month and the guy just stops paying it? I'm smelling a Rat. Wouldn't shock me if the son he refers to has been pocketing the money.

What happens when banks mark loans to market and LTV is 100% or more GayBob? What does that do to loan the bank’s loan loss reserves? Balance sheet? How do regulators score those loans GayBob? Did you ever think of that while waiting in the ER? Why won’t you ever answer my questions?

What happens when El Monte gets caught talking straight out of his ass but he lacks the integrity to admit it? You get gibberish like this.CirrhosisDawg said:What happens when banks mark loans to market and LTV is 100% or more GayBob? What does that do to loan the bank’s loan loss reserves? Balance sheet? I don't read much of what I sign, but I make the rare exception when I'm paying hundreds of thousands of dollars over a fixed term.2001400ex said:
