that if you subsidize certain forms of behavior you'll only encourage more of that some sort of behavior?
Giving homes to the homeless is an all time stupid idea. All the the behaviors and actions that caused these people to be homeless in the first place will only be exacerbated by giving them homes, and you'll only encourage more people to become "homeless."
What is it in the liberal brain that doesn't allow them to process this reality?
