Somebody needs to start enforcing our federal immigration laws. This is a travesty.

Incarceration numbers are a decent estimate...............however there is no way that one can say definitively even in a study that one ethnic group commits more or less crime percapita or any other construct. There are just too many unknown variables to prove any hypothesis.
