    Due to what you and Hondo said was a horrible investment move and which Hondo lied and claimed you couldn't even do it. The house I purchased by using the money in my 401K as a down payment is now worth over $400,000 than I paid for it and due to my ability to refi when interest rates were low, I now pay less in mortgage payments per month than I paid for a two bedroom apartment in Berkeley back in 2000.

    And unlike you I get to live in the Bay Area, which is beautiful while you suck smog out in El Monte which is a shit hole.

    I'm on track to make more money this year than any other year since I started working. California, for all the bitching I do about it has been very good to me but when I do retire I will be leaving this state and taking my money with me.
