WaPo discovers the real threat for this weekend's bombings in Sri Lanka

The coming backlash is always the real threat.
And of course, only nuts on the "far right" are really angry about this.

Today we are all Muslims.

The SITE Intelligence Group, which tracks extremist activity online, said on its website Monday that an unidentified Islamic State supporter distributed photos of three alleged “commandos” involved in the Sri Lanka attacks. The photos were posted in pro-Islamic State chat rooms, and the men, pictured holding weapons in front of Islamic State banners, were described as “among the commando brothers in Sri Lanka,” SITE said.
The group reported Sunday that Islamic State supporters were portraying the attacks as revenge for strikes on mosques and Muslims.
The highly coordinated attacks left the island nation reeling, a crushing blow after almost a decade of peace since the end of its civil war.
In that time, tourism in Sri Lanka had been steadily growing, the country transformed by the apparent end of instability, bloodshed and frequent suicide bombings over the 26-year war.
A huge number of the dead were worshipers at St. Sebastian’s Church in Negombo, north of Colombo; officials reported at least 104 killed there.
In a sign of rising tensions in the wake of the attacks, 22 Muslim refugees from Pakistan living in Negombo faced threats and intimidation from a group of local residents. Police arrived and separated the two groups, said Kosela Navaratna, the officer in charge at the Katana police station in Negombo. The refugees are currently in police protection
Case closed. The Christians were begging for it and there is already a dangerous backlash against the religion of peace -
Anti Muslim bigotry has really gotten bad. What do you expect? From the AP:
“The Easter bombings were the deadliest incident in Sri Lanka since a 26-year-long civil war ended in 2009 between the country's mostly Buddhist Sinhalese majority and its Tamil minority, made up of Hindus, Christians, and Muslims. "While anti-Muslim bigotry has swept the island in recent years, fed by Buddhist nationalists, the island also has no history of violent Muslim militants," The Associated Press reports. "The country’s small Christian community has seen only scattered incidents of harassment in recent years." -
Christians have to quit dressing that way. They are asking for it.

Fox News also used the phrase “Easter worshippers” in a headline about the Notre Dame cathedral fire,
But keep with your rage about conspiracy theories about irrelevant politicians. -
It's a bizarre term.
Why is the media always making up new weird shit
It's like when they changed illegal immigrants to "migrants" -
Fox reprinted an AP article that used ‘Easter Worshippers’ in the title; they didn’t originate the term.2001400ex said:

They could have. A one time use of the term (by whoever) is innocuous. It’s not until you see that it’s being deliberately used in place of the word Christian that you have to question why.2001400ex said:

But after thinking about it, your rage is right. Obama and Hillary are anti Christian even tho they used Easter, a Christian term, in their statement. -
A more typical headline would have been "... attack on Christians gathered at Easter services." The who, what & where.

Time is important man. Do you expect Obama and Hillary to have time to type those extra words?GrundleStiltzkin said:A more typical headline would have been "... attack on Christians gathered at Easter services." The who, what & where.

You forgot about undocumented workers. We have gone from illegal aliens, to illegals workers, to undocumented workers, to migrant workers, to asylum seekers, all in the span of 10 years. Liberal media thinks if they just change the name enough times people will all of the sudden like a bunch of poor uneducated drains on society.MikeDamone said:

Nothing like the Muslims who fill the temples in Chindia though. They wouldn't hurt a fly. -
