Fresh PrinceOnly one has a theme song that is original and was a top hit at one point. You can still go to the club today and the DJ will occasionally play Fresh Prince. Beverly Hills 90210 is 2nd (distant second), as that song was original and iconic as themes went during it's airing. But again, only one theme song crossed over from the show to actual everyday life. Really no contest.
