I think it's a little odd to be proud of your skin color. My skin color hasn't done anything and I shouldn't get any credit for Western Civilization just because I'm white but this self-hating and apologizing and groveling on account of being white is really nauseating. I'm no more guilty for slavery than I should be lauded for the creation of the super computer. Not really, just a slightly different take. What would be great if liberals would honestly debate the topic.
