    Why does the WH have to play by rules that no one else uses? They don't have surrogates all over TV and the movies and the networks. They have to fight their own battles

    What i can't figure out is what was the Dems whole plan?

    Obviously they knew that nothing would be found to take Trump down, the top people are too dialed in to not know that.

    I have a hard time believing they are THAT incompetent (although the evidence points to them being pretty bad at politics lately).

    Did they hope that maybe Mueller report wouldn't come out until after the election?
