Richard Sherman and the Miami Hurricanes

Yes, I can bring any topic back to Miami, but this is for real.

Richard Sherman seems to have gained acceptance by the mainstream (as evidenced by the fact that you can't find a clip of a Musburger or other mainstream cover guy saying shit like "that kind of thing has no place in football," or "he has no class," and other blah blah blah ... blah!

Sherman would have been a classic Miami Hurricane back in the day when they existed. Talks shit before the game (which you have to admit takes a way bigger sack than talking shit after the game when it's safe), talks shit during the game and talks shit after the game, and will not apologize for it one fucking bit. The only difference is people - even white people not from Miami - like Sherman, and nobody liked Miami or its players, especially the ones that talked a lot, like Irvin.

So which is the best explanation for the paradigm shift?

1. Black urban culture is now part of the mainstream because of rap.

2. Interracial porn (white people have had to come to terms with the fact that black dudes do, in fact, have bigger dicks).

3. It was just Miami that people didn't like.

4. It's amazing the credibility that a Stanford degree can confer.

Because as a 40 something year old guy who defended Miami back in the fatigues days, this love affair with Richard Sherman is just blowing my fucking mind with irony. Particularly so that Seattle is the epicenter, a town where Steve Entenman used to whine like a roided up little bitch about Miami having no class. Class, class, class. That's all you used to hear around here. What the fuck happened to all that stoicism and Don James "act like you've been there before" shit?

Huh?

You have a fucking mind as well as a coogercunt stuffed tighter with clods than a constipated shit-eating sodbuster?

Richard Sherman's mouth-ball is a fart in the wind compared to how he plays the game of football and it requires a culture of winning where coogercunts never roam to appreciate any of it.

    Four reasons?

Personally I don't like cornerbacks with long hair. If I'm a receiver I'm pulling on that all day.

Winning > class. I would guess most sports fans don't like Sherman. More than half the Seattle fans would be just as cunty as 49ers fans if the situation was reversed.

    yes, I believe that's correct.

so I'll go with "you like anybody on your team if you're winning" and inter racial porn as the likely suspects. I think rap music comes in a close 3rd.
