Steve King Directs Racially-Tinged Remarks at Victims of Hurricane Katrina

That King is a representative in the United States government is a travesty. That he feels no remorse over his past statements is worse. I wish we could be rid of him in the House.

At the very least, though, he needs to apologize for these remarks. It is a classless take on a national disaster and only further pits Americans against each other.

The House should pass a resolution condemning Islamophobia and let King write it

I think it would be about 14 words long

    You don't get it

Hopefully you read where he got stripped of his committee assignments unlike the Jew hater democrat who got to write the resolution condemning her?

Lol you thought he was a chairman and then you wouldn't just be a man and admit you were wrong

That was funny but also not surprising because you're a joke

Is that what you were caring about? Imagine that

I guess its easier than admitting that the GOP is tougher on racists than the democrats

King served on the Judiciary, Agriculture, and Small Business Committees until January 14, 2019, when he was removed from all committee assignments after bipartisan condemnation of his remarks on white supremacy

So I was wrong on the chairman thing. My bad. Sorry.

But Tahlib is still on committees.

The post-Katrina conservative rhetoric blaming those in New Orleans for their suffering was disgusting and a reminder that the Bush GOP was just as racist and vile as the Trump GOP.

I heard Bush had the levies breached to flood the blacks.
Bush isn't smart enough to think of that.

Why do you think conservatives spend so much time calling liberals anti semites.
