We played UNC in the round of 32 and got jobbed.
We lost 86-83 after leading 45-44 in the first half.
We had 20 personal fouls to their 9.
UNC attempted 23 free throws compared to our 7...
And the icing on the cake? They got to play their round of 32 game against a team from the West Coast in Charlotte, North fucking Carolina.
Funny how we might play them again.
Utah St. is good... but totally beatable.
We don’t have the talent right now. Next year we are going to be so loaded if we get JMac. Final four or bust imo.
We're talking a coach who has never won an NCAA tournament game. You don't just show up and go to the Final 4 the first time you make the Sweet 16. Maybe if we somehow make the S16 this year but that's not going to happen.
You also told me we weren't losing to anyone but maybe ASU or Arizona this year. -
