Weights once or twice a week. But I mostly play sports to stay active. The gym bores the piss out of me.
Basketball league and water polo in the winter. Play woodbat baseball, golf and coach my kids soccer during summer and fall.

I get in stellar shape every spring, have a bit of down time,then get even better in the late summer. Then it's a gradual decline until spring.
I haven't worked out since I was in my early 20s. That's for fags and attention starved douchebags. Go do something constructive...take a swim, take a hike, shovel some gravel, or build something. Homos. -
