    The science is settled on this one. Human cells normally contain 23 pairs of chromosomes. If the 23rd pair consists of an X and Y chromosome, then you’re a male. If the 23rd pair consists of two Y chromosomes, then you’re a female. If you have an extra pair of chromosomes, then you’re Hondo.

    Lesbian’s by definition are females attracted to their own sex. Hence @jecornel is correct.

    Two X chromosomes make you female. Two Y chromosomes means you have two dads.
