NFL combine measured him at 1.6% body fat... sad to hear he passed away before he was able to compete there.

Tied for 3rd fastest in the 40, tied for first in the bench, tied for 3rd in the vert and 5th in the broad.

OTOH 4th worst WR time in the 20 yard shuttle, 3rd worst in the 3 cone.

    Complete caricature.

Pair that kid with Mahomes and send him on 70 yard bomb routes all game.

He won't be as big as Larry Allen's bust

Metcalf posted historically poor numbers in those drills with a 7.38 three-cone and 4.50 short shuttle. To put those times in context, Washington State offensive tackle Andre Dillard (6-5, 315) had a 7.44 three-cone and 4.40 short shuttle. There are productive NFL receivers who were below average in either the three-cone or short shuttle, but rarely both.

Yeah... But can Metcalf, you know actually play football?

Heard he was hurt alot in college.

Looks like Tarzan but plays like Jane is no good. But good for extracting nfl general managers for contracts tho.

Eh, 3rd and 4th worst for WR's *this year* is hardly historically anything. It's bad though, no question about that.

*Was quoting Dane Brugler of the Athletic*

Should have noted that. And I believe the historic portion of it was that he was bad in both, which is rare.

Daniel Jeremiah mocked him to the Bills with the 9th pick in the first round, which is at least two rounds earlier than I'd think of taking him. OTOH, Bills.
