    I agree he'll have a different running mate round two. He doesn't have to pander to the evangelicals anymore, they are solidly in the fold no matter who his running mate is. Pence is useless to Trump going forward.

    Plausible but for what will be the repeated questions regarding and use of his comments concerning candidate Trump. And if LG is aiming at a 2024 run, being on that ticket is a great way to end up being on the bad end of a wipeout election.

    It does occur to me that he may be factoring in the very real possibility of a Trump indictment and considering the ways the 2020 nomination could fall to him.
