This kid would be a great linebacker.

This kid would be a great linebacker.

Once upon a time we had a Texas LB committed who was strong as fuck, hit like a truck, but looked slow on film. Sunday might be the RB version Nick Bolton.

The difference is that RBs can be used situationally a lot more effectively than any defensive player can

Nick Bolton has 8 tackles against Bammer. I would take him over Kyler Manu or the white walk on brigade we had playing at times this year.

I will say this, I think he’ll be really good FOR UDUB and could see him as an upgraded Lavon.

That being said, this is the most puzzling recruiting thing angle I’ve seen because at least Dick Newton was in a shitty year of RB’s. Literally everything bad about this kid is what’s good about Bijan Robinson and this kid is barely taller than Pete so they’re the same size. Matteo Mele was the best OL when Bijan had his breakout 2k hard sophomore season, Lathan Ransom is there now so THE Jimmy Lake is sure to take some schools visits, and even the weakness of Sunday being from Waco, the complete opposite of a pipeline, Arizona is absolutely amazing this year and just saw us turn their only recruit to leave the state in their best recruiting year, become a 1st round pick. Yet here we are, at the point where I hope we start telling SAM Adams to tell the media we’re recruiting him on defense so that we can take Sunday AND Bijan or even Ngata for that matter.

Sunday would be awesome as a late signing period guy if we missed on Jalen John and Ngata. This just gives off nothing but bad bad bad and I still think he’s gonna be good. It’s almsot like Salvon being the complete opposite of this kid, (quick footed, fast, complete enough to see time at slot WR, but sometimes looks for the home run too much and tries to be overly patient) kinda scared them into getting a kid who’s never heard of patience and runs through first contact with lean and acceleration through.

I agree with most all your points but who really cares about his height? 5’11” is pretty much optimal for a RB when you look around the league.

    I don't think Peterman is quite 5'11".

Yep short is as much advantage as disadvantage for an RB.
