It's the age old question.
“The average tax refund is down about $170 compared to last year. Let’s call the President’s tax cut what it is: a middle-class tax hike to line the pockets of already wealthy corporations and the 1%,” Harris tweeted that afternoon.
Personally, I think she knew this statement was a lie but she also knows that the voters she needs to attract are as dumb as dogshit and this was nothing more than an attempt to attract these dumbass voters.

That's not what I said. At all. I said tax refunds are down or people who used to get a refund are owing money. I've said people are pissed and think they are paying more in taxes. And I've linked to tweets is Trump supporters pissed off thinking they are paying more in tax.
