    If Bloomberg is that committed to spending $500Million, isn't there a better more tangible use of that money than fucking TV advertising, paid political consultants and shit. Maybe toss the half-billion at training up indigents. Build a shitload of tiny houses, give them some job training, rehab drug addicts, whatever.
