To be fair, massage therapy doesn't "cure" anything either, but it does work as pain relief mainly be easing muscle soreness and is a real form of medicine.Houhusky said:

A licensed chiropractor in the US will probably be able to do the same, but he'll also do a bunch of dangerous and unneccesary shit than can lead to injuries and lasting joint pain. -

I'd love to know the experience of guys like Shaq and Kev going from a Sark led program to a program led by Pete. Obviously we know that Sark was a shit head but it would be really interesting to hear just how different the programs were ran from guys who spent time in each.
