The new Fed code eliminated most of the state deduction making the RICH have to pay even more state tax. 1% pays 48% in New York

As always they LEAVE. Florida had no income or estate tax nor do they have a revenue problem

The tax rate was 70% when Regan took office and 28% when he left. Revenues went up. Revenues are going down in NY

What’s stopping this from happening? A loose confederation of states with no federal taxing power. It’s what was intended from the beginning. Now more than ever.
