Dazzler, why do you hate democracy?
If Roe is overturned, the issue goes back to the states and the people, through their elected representatives will be able to decide what if any restrictions they want to put on the practice. The majority of the public doesn't support abortion in the 8th month like the people you vote for do Dazzler. So why not let the people who live in Utah or Ohio decide from themselves what kind of abortions laws they want to live under?

At least 60% of Americans believe abortion should be legal.
The rest of the story seems key here
13% support laws like Colorado and the democrat platform for abortion up to birth
Let's vote
We all, except the real sickos, agree that once a baby is born it's a person. Going backwards, there is nothing of any real significance to which we can point to make the mole/person distinction. So, honestly, the Catholics have the best argument here: conception. Before that, yeah, just a bunch of cells. After that, if left alone, something else.
You want to put that to a bunch of states? What's the federal constitution for then? If the states can decide that, what can't they decide?
Both parties have bungled this issue bigly. Obama had a supermajority, but said it was below his line. But at least we get to see sad old Elizabeth Warren pretend she's relevant for a while.
