Democrats and the next Supreme Court justice

As Race says, Dems always overplay their hands.

They push Breyer to step down now so they have time before November to get a new nominee selected. Otherwise, they lose the house and Senate and can't get a far left radical.

But they attacked and brutalized Manchin and Sinema so much... do you think they're going to give their support and votes to far left nutjob nominees now?

for a supreme Manchin and Sinema will be bribed, the senate repubs, if they were worth anything, could drag out the senate confirmation until after the election.
Assuming, of course, that he sticks around until August

It’ll all get through with like 52-53 votes. They want a fight on this one, throw a few blows at the nominee but highlighting extremist views and at the president for his affirmative action choice and let they hang themselves on that part.

The majority of Americans, all colors, do not want the pick based on color. This shows you how out of step the radical leftists with the loudest voices are.

Nov. 2022 will be the real Great Reset in America.

There will be more Republicans who vote in favor of the Nominee. Unlike the Rats, many Republicans believe that a President have the right to nominate whoever they want and as long as they're qualified they'll vote for them. Wise Latina and Kagan both got over 60 votes.

I'd hope after how Kavanaugh and Barrett got treated the RHINOs would have learned. But of course not.

    Yes
Back when it was cool to vote against black judicial nominees and when the filibuster wasn't racist.

President Joe Biden had a chance once to get a Black woman onto the Supreme Court, but he filibustered a vote twice during former President George W. Bush's administration to block Janice Rogers Brown from being seated, reports The Washington Examiner.

Biden was ideologically opposed to Brown's conservative writings on the subjects of affirmative action and abortion.

Sen. Joe Biden stated at the time that if Bush chose Brown to replace O'Connor, the Democrats would filibuster her nomination, stating that circuit court judges, unlike Supreme Court justices, "don't get to make new law."

Democrats also filibustered Bush’s 2001 nomination of Miguel Estrada to the D.C. Circuit. Estrada, a conservative, would have been the first Latino appointed to that bench but rescinded his name from consideration after being blocked for two consecutive years.

The president has become increasingly critical of the Senate filibuster rule, calling it a relic of Jim Crow segregation laws.

Gosh the independents must be outraged at the GOP for this

Using a relic of Jim Crow on a person who lived in Jim Crow. And the Dems see no issues here. Herr Dazzler voted for this.

Biden has no interest on getting a black woman on the court. He wants one who thinks like his handlers. Only those on the far left will be considered.
