Pacers not playing well. They won't even get to Miami in the playoffs. They don't have any fire. Hibbert isn't even trying. He just kind of stands around. When Lebron drives he tries to make the highlight play but that's all he does. Halfway through the 3rd quarter and he has 0 rebounds.

I think the Heat will suffer the same fate as the last team who went to the NBA finals four years in a row which is only winning two titles.
I don't see Miami beating OKC or the Spurs in a best of seven when both have homecourt(although in the 2-3-2 that could actually help Miami).
Wade is the obvious X-Factor for the Heat. Lebron has been playing great but even in today's game still not getting enough help. I think with an 80% Wade and Lebron that's enough to get through the East. Won't fly against OKC or the Spurs.
I don't know what happened to the Pacers in this past month either. Everyone pitching shit on George but Hibbert to me is the big story. How does a man that size playing against an undersized Heat team go almost three quarters with zero rebounds? How is that even possible?!
EDIT: Just looked at the box score. George Hill played 32 minutes and 44 seconds and didn't even attempt one field goal or free throw. Why the fuck are you even out there? I know he's not a scorer but that's just being ineffective.

Hill can't create his own shot. It's a pathetic stat line but it can be explained. Hibbert half asses all his screens now and their spacing is terrible. Hill needs those things to get shots. They'd probably be better off with Watson starting right now though.
None of that matters though if Hibbert won't try. It's funny that he was calling other players on the team selfish and then plays a came like that. It was a really disgusting effort. That was the biggest game of the regular season and he no showed.
The Spurs should definitely be the favorite but I would still take Miami over OKC. Scott Brooks is going to run Kendrick Perkins out there as a starter so Miami will have a double digit lead every first quarter. I think that's to much to overcome even with home court.

Even though the west was a super easy bracket I didn't put Arizona in the Final Four because of Sean Miller.
That's how I feel about OKC. If they had a different coach or if Perkins had a season ending injury I'd think they were a lock for the title.
I try not to pick teams to win titles with a crappy coach. Learned my lesson in 2009 with Cleveland and never doing that again.
I think Miami and Indiana are competing at this point to give the other home court advantage.
With D-Wade back the Heat lay an egg tonight at Atlanta. Lebron and Wade only ones to show up. So now the Pacers once again lead the East by half a game(actually tied but Pacers hold tie breaker).

I hope the Pacers get it. The Heat are pussies who take games off on purpose (this is not the same as Popovich resing old starters as a strategy).

They are still good enough to win the entire thing if they get back on the right track ...
They are also disjointed enough to lose in the 2nd round to any team if they can't get on the same page.
