Strength and Conditioning Coach

Anyone else concerned this guy has a double chin? I’ve scene bratwurst that looked like they had less bodyfat.

Our #1 issue now that Donovan is no longer calling plays is the severe lack of physicality on the line. We looked like a bunch of kegs on stilts this past season.

    2001-10: Asst. AD - Strength & Conditioning
    Berlin Thunder (NFL Europe)
2000: Head Strength & Conditioning Coach
    Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Wait what? He was an NFL S&C and then got banished to Germany for a decade?

The odder part is NFL Europe and Berlin Thunder folded in 2007. I blame the Fresno official site I copied from.

He lived in what was East Berlin searching out old East Berlin Olympic trainers. He wants the ins and outs of effective steroid use. Turn over every rock. 10 years there, the guy is thorough.
The periodization training in Eastern Europe is actually something a lot of Americans seek out, at least that’s what my obese HS football coach told me, he took a lot TRT.
His resume looks better than Socha’s to me, he still trains Maxx Crosby and that man is explosive.
He also did a ‘before and after’ picture of Haener after they got him through the program.

Had to google him to see just how bad his goiter neck was and found that he has a website and claims to have been recognized twice as the #1 S&C coach in the country.

    www.ronmckeefery.com

I tried to make it a link but Vanilla's devs are fucktards.

    Don't twist.

Alright, I've seen this enough times now that I'm starting to think that people are being serious about the Haener before/after picture.

Does nobody notice that he's all oiled up and intentionally lit with harsh shadows in the after picture? Or that he's nearly hyperventilating from flexing?

Who wants to buy one of my nine bridges?

    This poast reads really homeoerotic.
    I would never have noticed.

Could you elaborate on which parts made you... move?

So your saying he’s on gear. That’s what I like to call steroid use. I like to call it that.

I like the hire. UW needed a new voice in this arena. The current players looked soft, that leads me to believe they were unmotivated. The guy has written a book on strength training and is a paid motivational speaker. He's worked in football, baseball and in the olympic sphere with The Chinese Olympic Committee(Roids). His resume is strong and he checks a lot of boxes for me and for a program that has seemed to regress in almost every possible way the last three years. Spring weights followed by fall weights will be a big indicator on what DeBoer wants this program to look like.

    I'll Doog to that.
