How do you explain that such a systemically racist country like ours has a news media and one political party that immediately claims white racism was responsible for these murders

The man who police say went on a rampage at three spas in the Atlanta area has been charged with eight counts of murder in connection with the attacks.
When there was zero evidence that shooting had anything to do with anti-Asian bias, and then that very same media and political party ignores the racial angle when a black guy intentional mows down white people with his SUV.
Why would a systemically racist country do that? Oh and btw Kobe, do these recent murders fall into your category of crimes when committed by black people are really the fault of white people? I know you have blamed white racism for the high homicide rates committed by blacks I just wanted to know if these murders also qualify for that as well.
