I like my motivational speakers to actually be motivated to do great things. Like get excited for, and get his team ready to play in the Rose Bowl, for example.

Uw was shot to retire with some real hardware, and he thought it could be done without overhauling his system. He was good enough to hover in the second tier and take a shot or two at first tier over the course of a decade, but he saw what it takes to win and didn't wasn't willing to go that far. He quit.
