Xiden comes clean in address to congress on carbon emissions: "It's not going to matter"

Whoops! Cho Xiden let the cat out of the bag.

This is what he said, according to a New York Times transcript of the president’s remarks: "The United States accounts, as all of you know, for less than 15 percent of carbon emissions. The rest of the world accounts for 85 percent. That’s why I kept my commitment to rejoin the Paris Accord, because if we do everything perfectly, it’s not going to matter."

Exactly, we are reducing our CO2 emissions, largely due to replacing coal with cheaper natural gas. The chicoms emit twice as much CO2 as we do and are building coal plants like crazy and their CO2 emissions are going up up up. But, we need to destroy our economy to the delight of the chicoms who are laughing their asses of at our dementia patient president.

China is "playing the United State Biden for the fool" as it seeks to become the world's dominant power, according to Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo.

In a Friday column in USA Today, Barrasso said China has no intention of working with other countries to combat climate change. Instead, its goal is to overtake the U.S. as the No. 1 global economy.

"China pretends it's a developing country, steals technology, uses forced labor, and manipulates markets to its advantage," said Barrasso, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

"During his speech to Congress, President Biden said he wants to make 'sure every nation plays by the same rules in the global economy, including China.' Yet his administration seems determined to fall for China’s grand deception. China is playing the United States Biden for the fool."

Barrasso said Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Le Yucheng was uncharacteristically honest when he said it’s "not realistic" to expect China to pledge to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

That's always been the lamest argument that I've heard. There is always this feeling that people doing what we think are bad things are interested in our example. Didn't work in South Vietnam and didn't work in Afghanistan or Iraq. The chicoms are totally uninterested in their carbon footprint. They are interested in selling us solar panels and wind turbines subject to the federal and state subsidies for expensive unreliable power.
