This kid obviously has some kind of autism/mental health issue, but hey it's okay to berate and humiliate him, because he is white.

    As usual we don't see what transpired prior to the recording. And we're not privy to just what the mistake was, but it seems pretty obviously the kid has some mental health issues. I don't see how recording him and yelling at him are going to help the situation.

    Yeah. I don't get people that like to take shit out on the service industry. Every once in awhile, you get someone who is an asshole, but for the most part, give them a break. If I would have been behind the customer there's a very good chance I would have slapped the phone out of his hand.

    Being a rude asshole to some waiter or hotel employee or sales clerk, who is probably making minimum wage or slightly more is just such a dick move and then toss in the fact that you're doing it to an autistic person is really something.
