Given the leagues rules on conference game equivalents.... can a 4-0 UW team win the North over a 5-1 Oregon?

Conference rules require rescheduling with a Pac 12 opponent before going out of conference. Arizona State cancelled on Utah. Utah is available. That will bring us within 1 conference game of Oregon. Pac 12 North champs back on the table.

I don’t really know....It just seems to me that we are going to get totally screwed

The game isn't canceled yet. In fact, they have moved it to Sunday.
