    The only guy I ever knew that frequented high school parties after leaving for college ended up being arrested on sexual assault and sex with a minor charges a few years ago.

    I think there is a provision that all bets are off if the underage person is less than 14 years old. Still, a 15 year old and a 25 year old are not exactly on equal footing.

    You do understand that something can be illegal, and still include a lengthy prison sentence, without requiring the sex offender designation, right?

    58 divided by 2 = 29 - 7 = 22

    My assistant was 22 when I was 58 and I felt like a dirty old man. The fact that I am is not relevant. But I was married and she would have said no anyway so whatever

    You do understand that something can be illegal, and still include a lengthy prison sentence, without requiring the sex offender designation, right?
