I bought into a neighborhood zoned single family residence. That was the contract with the city. I don't want that contract broken and the value of my residence brought down. If you want to live in a multi-family zoned neighborhood, feel free. I know leftards hate words like freedom and liberty.

Bullshit. Theres no contract stated or implied in zoning regs. Get real. I empathize with appreciate the desire to not see unwanted change in my neighborhood, but get real pal.
There aren’t zoning regulations on residences? What the fuck are you taking about?

Have you ever tried to build an addition on your house? Not that you own a house...
No. You need to learn the difference between zoning and land use regs. You're right though. Since I live in my car if I don't like what's happening to the neigborhood it's easy to move.
I know the difference. I own a house in one of the most zoned cities on the west coast. Your comment was and is stupid.
The more you say the more obvious it is you don't know what you are talking about. But the real point is that its clear you think "multi family" means "bad people". And I get it. Actually I agree. Thats why I like to be able to move my car to a nice, clean, safe, area at a whim.
People don't buy homes next to large apartment complexes that can go to shit at a moments notice. They just don't. They want a nice neighborhood of other families. Nothing wrong with that.

The left just wants to stomp a shithole into everyone's lives!
Yeah but they only do that because they are racists.

Racists hate being murdered, robbed, raped, burglarized, having stray bullets hit their homes and shit.

According to IC the only reason anyone would oppose a low income housing unit being built in their neighborhood is because they are racist. Even the black home owners in the suburbs who oppose it are racists and the only reason Trump supports keeping low income housing from being built in the suburbs is because he knows his base are racists.

Meanwhile, wanting to keep white people from gentrifying a black neighborhood is perfectly acceptable.

    Hey ID,

condemn Biden's racist statements, or better yet kill yourself

The fact you can't admit Biden has said some problematic things speaks volumes

    Fucking idiot hack

Biden gets a pass because his racist statements were made a long time ago. Meanwhile, IC can't comment on racist policies being promoted right now by his VP candidate. He is too busy talking about a primary winner that's not going to win.
Biden has said 3 blatantly racist things in the past year. ID wont acknowledge that
    Are you on cocaine?
Maybe Joe has a brain fart and thought he was talking to Hunter?

He can’t handle a softball interview but he’s the guy to get tough with Putin. The more I’ve seen this, the more bizarre it gets. This is who Democrats want?

There's a fine line between want and need. The useful idiots believe they want him. Those who benefit from government corruption and grift need him.

It’s also clear that you’re a serial rapist and lock the men in your car trunk, if we’re going to wildly speculate what other people think. I’ll guess you’re a Democrat.

Where I live there are almost no apartments located in our elementary or middle school boundaries. Across the track in Tualatin, there is a pile of section 8 apartments. The local grade school is half hispanic with lots of single parents. There is also a huge mobility factor for people who live in apartments. After school, I lived in apartments and I moved about once a year. Kids need stability. When my son moved into his dorm at the U of O, he had 6 kids in his dorm that he played first grade soccer with. Apartments don't mean bad people. There are some upscale apartments in West Linn. Expensive and safe. But you know where bad people live? A lot of them live in multi-family residences. That's just a fact.

I find it curious that the people who think they should be able to locate low-income housing wherever they want to, have complete disregard for all local zoning and housing rules and want to Federalize all community zoning laws.
