n 2007, Moon was arrested for suspicion of DUI in Kirkland, a suburb of Seattle. The charges were reduced to first-degree negligent driving after Moon registered breath-alcohol levels below 0.07 at the police station. Moon pleaded guilty to the negligent driving charge, and was sentenced to 40 hours of community service.
In 1994, a former Vikings cheerleader accused Moon of sexually harassing her and the case was settled out of court.
In 1995, Moon was arrested after an incident with his wife at their home."
