    So that's a sworn affidavit, apparently, which is technically under oath. Courts want facts (so say my lawyers), but affiant's don't like to state facts unless they're really, really sure because of perjury or just being outed as a liar on the witness stand. So, instead of clear facts, they make the kind of statements in that affidavit, i.e., conclusory, "we think she felt" and wishy-washy page-filler stuff like that. Bottom line: Not good evidence of anything. HTH
