Wow That cop needs to be fired immediately. All in an effort to save just one life or mostly just to be a giant asshole who gets off on using the only power he has in life. Unfuckingbelievable.

I'll make a recommendation. Do what the nice policeman tells you. It's less painful. Most do. Some don't. I prefer they do as it saves so much time by skipping the ER visit.
