Putin's bitch

Why I hope the Fauxahontas will be the dem nominee. Promising to take aware your health care plan, tax the sh*t out you and let you freeze in the dark while paying $8 a gallon for gasoline seems like a real popular program. Trump would take her apart. Oh, and she just can’t wait to be Putin’s bitch. Of course, she loves the US.

Trump is encouraging expanded US oil and gas production and exporting LNG to Europe and Asia. This punishes the Russians and the ME oil exporters. What is sad, at best, is the rest of the dem presidential field would adopt barry’s policies which didn’t interfere with fracking on private US lands but didn’t encourage LNG exportation. If you cared about CO2 emissions and family wage jobs in the US you would be opening federal land to fracking and clearing the way for LNG exportation. If you love to emote and be Putin’s bitch, you don’t.

Former White House national security expert Fiona Hill testified Thursday that Russian president Vladimir Putin viewed American fracking as a "great threat to Russian interests"; top contenders for the Democratic presidential nomination, however, have called for an outright ban of the practice.
Under questioning from Rep. Mike Conaway (R., Tex.) at a hearing on the impeachment of President Donald Trump, Hill agreed that a ban on fracking would play into Putin's hands.

"In November 2011, I actually sat next to Vladimir Putin in a conference in which he made precisely that point," she said. "It was the first time that he had actually done so to a group of American journalists and experts who were brought to something called the Valdai Discussion Club. So he started in 2011 making it very clear that he saw American fracking as a great threat to Russian interests."

Hill added everyone in attendance was struck by how much Putin stressed the issue at the time. Putin has continued to oppose American fracking, which has transformed the U.S. into the world's top oil and gas producer and reduced Russia's influence in the global energy market. It has also helped reduce greenhouse gas emissions, a goal of climate change advocates.

However, 6 of the 10 Democrats on Wednesday night's debate stage—including Sens. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.), Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.), and Kamala Harris (D., Calif.)—support a ban on fracking, citing its supposedly negative environmental effects.

Always about the black stuff. Always.

It wouldn't surprise me if Trump is contemplating opening up more federal lands for exploration and production - including some form of QUID PRO QUO (damnit, that word again) whereby the Erl producers have to designate a sale of a certain portion of production to US Strategic Reserves at a $x above/below market. US could then become a de facto OPEC and fuck with oil prices whenever it wanted and squeeze Putin's balls in the process. Russia absolutely needs oil prices strong to function as an economy.

US Oil and LNG would fuck with Russia while a strong $USD fucks up China.

I've said it before -we're? not very good at nation building. We're very good at finance and markets.
