1. Do you think the player(s) hear him?
2. What could he be saying?

Well it's certainly not "have fun, play loose".Gladstone said:1. Do you think the player(s) hear him?

A lot of coaches do that. If it's while team is lined up, it's trying to communicate a defensive key, or an adjustment, something like that.Gladstone said:1. Do you think the player(s) hear him?

Whether players hear is somewhat immaterial. Coaches will do that regardless, trying to continuing coaching, right up to the snap. -
Don't worry about either of those things - they don't matter. He's just trying to get in the quarterback's head. As long as they start trying to think about something that's enough.Gladstone said:1. Do you think the player(s) hear him?
