I don't know what is his last name, however he is a fan of all things Tim Horton's. He's definitely from Florida, and his real name is not Tim or Timothy, but Timmott.
It appears that the original Tim Horton's had some serious issues with the government and had their liquor licence revoked. However, it seems as if that was because they went out of their way to steal customers by showing up in town, only to be robbed in town, in the front of town, and later, at home.
This is one of the many stories of people (like myself) who have actually gone to the store and discovered what appeared to be a giant, creepy, old-man-looking thing sitting in a glass case behind the counter. It wasn't hard to find it either.
It is hard to say, in what sense there was theft, since the store is on an elevated street, surrounded by a concrete ring around it. But even if you assume that the store didn't steal it, then why would it be there? It wouldn't just sit in empty glass cases all day.
The guy behind the counter Is a man by the name of Timmot Horton who is still a real person as opposed to one's imagination, but he is very much alive. As it turns out, Timmott did indeed grow up in Florida. he grew up to be the man behind the counter of one of Florida's largest and best chain coffeehouses. The real story behind how he became the coffeehouse's isn't completely clear yet, but it seems fairly clear that the coffeehouse became part of his life after Hurricane Irene hit Florida. He would be working in a gas station with his brother when that happened and they both decided to make a trip down south to watch what was going on in the hurricane devastation.
