"Collusion" sets up a false choice
There is both legal and illegal collusion, but it makes no difference because the impeachable offense is that his team repeatedly met with Russian operatives, the team expecting to benefit from their stolen information. Call it collusion, call it legal, call it illegal. The bottom line is that it is impeachable because this was the nominee for president of the United States AND HE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO WARN THE FBI.
