With McDonald moving to OLB, it means that we took 1 ILB last year (Breuner) and 1 this year (Latu), who has quite a few red flags. We took 5 the year before but i'd guess at least 2 transfer out within the next couple years. Simply terrible roster management as well.

Keeping a breathtakingly incompetent coach on staff simply because he's your pal is the hallmark of a great head coach. Jimmy's gonna be a good one!1!

He's signed a grand total of TWO ILBs in the last two classes. And one of those is Will Latu... who has more red flags than a fucking North Korean military parade.
And this isn't even getting into special teams, which was a dumpster fire the season before last.

I said he is breathtakingly chincompetent at 1/2 his job. He’s simply chincompetent at the other half.
Nick Bolton was national player of the week last week, and I've seen him mocked as a late 1st rounder, although I think that's kind of bullshit. I guess on the plus side Bob is good at evaluating talent, but FML why can't we close any of it.
