The crazy thing is Austin isn’t playing his best position yet, when Murphy comes back they will play him all over the place basically as a rover, he was unreal in practices in that roll.
He plays like Budda, just non stop, always flying around. He is going to be a playmaker for us.
Now that I don't scour the roster and watch every game three times I find myself taking in the nonsense here about how bad all our players are and then watch a game like Colorado and go - fuck, we're pretty good. We have some players
I think what he may lack in cover skills he makes up for in tackling. I'm going to knock on wood right now before he gives up a big play due to a missed tackle.

was he bad at coverage? he looked fine, he gave up couple of catches but those were on the more of quick passes. He wasnt a shutdowning down ppl, but still pretty good
No I think his cover skills are fine but I think it is clear he is lower on the depth chart as a result. From what I've seen I love him as a total package. He definitely has the speed and physical prowess to play. That being said he also is in the deepest position on the team. Kind of reminds me of Earl Thomas in his ability to fly to the ball and hit.
