a seal died in an operation that was approved by the president over dinner, and spicer calls it a success and then hides behind the death of the seal to avoid criticism.
An operation that was planned but not approved by Obama because he didn't have sufficient intel

And yes, if Obama had approved an operation while eating dinner that killed a SEAL and a number of civilians I think there would be outrage and it would be appropriate
