I know you're being sarcastic but Sirmon has to be NTD, BB'ing like Grinolds at a Young Life camp. Jones, Bynum and Cook (not to mention Salvon) will all be veterans by the time Sirmon sees the field and Osbourne and probably Spiker (or another stud) will be coming in with him.
