As we were reminded from the USS Arizona 75th anniversary half time show at Husky Stadium this past weekend, it wasn't over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor and it sure as hell isn't now.

it's not. but unless we were to make the 3 spot, a 12-1 season with a rose bowl birth would be okay for me.

I go back and forth on this. Part of me does not want to see us lose by 30 to Bama and wants to WARBTPO instead. Part of me would rather give the coaches and athletic department an up close and personal look at what we're competing with out there so they can take the appropriate steps to be able to not get blown off the field in the future.

Get to the playoff and we can bitch about getting plungered when/if it happens.

The well coached teams bounce back. See Ohio State losing to Michigan State and a back up QB who couldn't throw the ball. Ohio State had a retarded game plan (like UW), went back to the drawing board and plungered Michigan the next week.
